I use PCA Skin and Colorescience products.
To create a lovely canvas to work with:
1) Wash face (exfoliate if needed)
2) Use toner
3) Apply any serums and/or moisturizers
4) Apply Primer
Makeup
1) Apply concealer on blemishes and under eyes with round brush
2) Apply loose mineral powder with kabuki brush
3) Apply blush with soft lightly angled brush then blend with kabuki
4) Chapstick ( I do this early so that my lips are primed for color)
5) Apply eyeshadow or liner and curl lashes
6) Mascara :)
7) Finishing powder (rice powder) and Lip Color
Done! I've gotten this entire routine down to about 15 minutes and I love it!

Hmm.

Eyes

1)Eye primer & eyeshadow. Begin liquid eyeliner.

2) Remove eyeshadow fallout and inevitable eyeliner whoopsies. Get angry at eyeliner failures and leave it for a bit.

Face

1)Green corrector if I have a particularly red face that day

2)Foundation with stippling brush

3)Decide to go back to eyeliner. Fail again but eventually manage it. Mascara.

4)Concealer on any spots that are still visible. Touche eclat under the eyes. Both with (clean) fingers

5) Powder/Powder foundation if spots are ridiculously numerous. With big ol' brush.

6) Blush. Contour if I can be bothered (rare)

7)Mac fix+ so I don't look like a french dandy with all my powdery escapades
