Ok so i just made a fatal mistake in using my kojic acid cream and i thought i would help other members here before they make the same mistake when they are using there kojic acid soap or kojic acid cream.
Kojic acid is a natural ingredient that is found in plants and fungi, it helps to reduce melanin production in the skin. Kojic acid is a great depigmenting agent. Kojic acid is found in many skin lightening soaps and creams. Kojic acid can be used to treat hyperpigmentation, acne scars and melasma. Kojic acid also has some bad side effects and this occurs a lot with people that have sensitive skin or people that are sing other exfoliating products.
I burned my face with my kojic acid cream from over exfoliation.

Safety Precautions to take when using kojic acid
- Don't brush your skin too hard.
- Don't use other exfoliating agents.
- Don't expose your skin to the sun.
- Moisturize and use cortisone cream at the sign of any inflammation and stop the application of the kojic acid products
