My favourite Yoga Positions / Poses / Asana

    Here is list of my favourite yoga poses.
    The tree pose also known as Vriksasana or Vrksasana  - It strengthens and stretches the Thigh, Vertebral column, Ankle , Calf and groin

    The Upward Facing Dog also known as Urdhvamukhasvanasana or Ūrdhva mukha śvānāsana - It strengthens and stretches the Arm, Vertebral column, Wrist, Shoulder, Abdomen, Thorax, Lung

    The Triangle pose also known as Trikonasana - It strengthens and stretches the Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Vertebral column, Thigh, Thorax, Ankle, Hamstring, Calf, Groin.

    The cat pose also known as Marjaryasana - It strengthens and stretches the Neck, Back torso

    The pigeon pose also known as Kapotasana - It strengthens and stretches the Thigh, Thorax, Abdomen, Ankle, Groin, Psoas major muscle, Throat, Front of the body
