Various Types of Facial Masks – Which One To Choose?

Facial masks have a wide range of presentations, ingredients, and actives that are becoming more numerous every day due to the demands and the need for the skin. 5. Veil or sheet mask mask

They are indicated for all skin types, especially dry skin, providing moisture and elasticity. Sheet masks are impregnated sheets that are applied on the face in the form of a mask, in this way, the skin absorbs all the active ingredients contained in the product. They have holes for the eyes and mouth so that it is not uncomfortable during the application. The ingredients are varied, you can find them with argan oil, collagen, vitamin C, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, fruit extract, coenzyme Q10, rice water, etc.

 

They should be applied to the dry face and allowed to act for 15-20 minutes. To remove them, remove the veil and with the product that remains on the skin, perform circular and ascending massages until it is completely absorbed.

 

6. Peel off

Recommended for all skin types but especially for oily and combination skin because it helps eliminate impurities and blackheads. It has a gelatinous texture and wet consistency, so it must be applied with the help of a brush or facial spatula to achieve a uniform spread. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes for the skin to absorb all the nutrients. When dry, it should be removed in one piece, from the neck area to the forehead.

 

7. Bubble masks

Known for making a bubbling effect when it comes into contact with the skin, this action occurs because they are carbonated masks. The gray color is given by the ingredients it contains (carbonated clay, pomegranate extracts, green tea, and coal).

It is simple to use and applies similarly to any facial mask. The texture is dense and difficult to apply with your hands, always apply with the facial spatula to do it accurately and easily. Spread a thin layer of product on the face, avoiding lips and eyes. Leave on for approximately 10-15 minutes until the bubbling effect stops.

 

8. Sauna effect masks

When applied, it resembles the relaxing and detoxifying effect of the sauna by producing a change in temperature (heat) in the skin that provides anti-stress therapy. It causes the opening of the pores managing to thoroughly clean the skin of impurities and dead cells.

Purifying or deep cleansing masks
